New sewer lines were installed through an active neighborhood. Care needed to be taken to minimize street closures and disruption to homeowners.

- Challenge/Unique Aspect: The installation challanges included aceess and mobilization in a busy neighborhood. In addition, a no vibration deep foundation system was required. Helicals are installed with small low impact equipment with easy mobilization and demobilization. No vibration piles caused no damage to personal property and mimimal disruption to the neighborhoods affected.
