1908 Landis Ave Elevator

Mobilization cost for timber on a four pile, lightly loaded elevator pad were cost prohibitive and created vibration and habitat destruction issues.

  • Challenge/Unique Aspect: Small, non-intrusive equipment facilitated a limited access, no-vibration installation in the side yard of the residence. The side yard abutted protected wetlands which would have been threatened by mobilization for timber.
