President
Frank has been engaged in every aspect of the deep foundation construction industry for over 29 years. He has been a Certified Installer for over 22 years and has served as President of the Helical Pile Association. Frank leads the Danbro Distributors team and is intimately involved in every aspect of the business.
Pat Haffert
VP of Marketing
Pat has been active in the helical pile industry for over 19 years. He is a Certified Installer and has more than 150 hours of instruction and training on helical piers and anchors. He has presented more than 500 seminars to engineers, contractors, code officials and professional associations. Pat provides lunch-and-learn presentations for continuing education credits for design professionals.
Melanie LaBletta
Administrative Coordinator
Every company has that one central figure who has his or her fingerprints on a lot of different processes. Melanie is the grease that keeps the Danbro machine running. She is involved in quotes, orders, shipping, and customer relationship management. She supports sales, marketing, and management. Melanie is your first point of contact at Danbro and will see to it that you are pointed in the right direction.
Rocky Powers
Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
Often it is the last person to touch your order who can make or break the customer satisfaction chain. Any of our customers who have ever picked up at the yard have had the pleasure of meeting Rocky, “The Yard Dog.” His easygoing, accommodating personality compliments his professionalism and dedication. Rocky knows the product line in and out and will do everything in his power to get it right.
David Smith
Lead Generation Manager
David comes to us from the digital world. David identifies deep foundation and tieback construction projects using multiple digital publications, that may be suited for helicals, Stelcor DDM and large diameter pipe piles. David’s experience in this arena, truly increases, and optimizes opportunities for our installer network.
