A new home in Great Neck New York was constructed on a hill overlooking Little Neck Bay. Due to weak soils and high loads for the large structure, a deep foundation was required.

Helical Piles were installed with small equipment which could traverse the difficult site. No other deep foundation system could have met these site challanges without prohibitive expense.
